How about a simple poll regarding the Flex's two-tone paint?

No. You can get the mono or two tone paint schemes. I like the Cinnamon with white.

I love the two-tone look. Frankly, the car loses a lot of character without it.

Here's ours - light ice blue.

Honestly I like the two tone. But when I saw the all black on the lot I was torn between which one to pick. I went with the all black. I love it, I think its the only mono color that is any good. I love it even though black is soooo hard to take care of...

This sounds like a suggestion that I made early on to Ford- to create a two tone paint scheme, not the current body/roof two tone scheme but something more like the two, and three, tone schemes used in the mid to late '50s.

Personally, I do not like the white/silver roof. It actually creates a 3 tone scheme. The white/silver roof over the black out window frame over the lower body. I think the 2 tone effect, body color roof over blackout window frames over lower body color looks nice in the lighter colors. Maybe Ford should experiment with a light color window frame for the darker body colors. Maybe matching frames and roof? Let the Ford stylists play with it but keep it to designs that might actually be produced, not the radical concept stuff.

I can't say I'm thrilled with any of the '09 colors. The only real COLORS are Cinnamon, Redfire, Ice Blue and Ink Blue. Ice Blue is a little too pale for my taste and Ink Blue looks black under most lighting. I'm waiting to see what the '10 Steele Blue looks like. I definitely preferred Redfire over the new Candy Red. When I bought my 2000 Crown Vic I happened to see a fleet brochure at the dealership and was amazed at how the nicer colors were available only on fleet cars????

I prefer the look of the SE without the chrome window belt and door handles. I like the body color handles.

I'd also like to see interiors that better match the exteriors or at least something inbetween the dark charcoal and light stone.

How about a "Special Edition" "Country Squire" offered in a brown or a tan exterior with choice of brown or tan interior but ONLY if Ford can design a woodgrain trim that doesn't look tacky and fills in the side grooves. (I don't care for the aftermarket kit that is out there, the wood looks like cheap contact paper and like a slab rather than trim).

Just my thoughts.

Finally, another Light Ice Blue Flex (and your sig says yours is Dark Ink Blue, but according to the picture, yours is Light Ice Blue)! The 20's look good!
