I recently purchased a new 2009 SEL model with 135 miles on it and after my initial drive home I realized there was a definite shake in the steering wheel noticable at speeds starting at 40 and getting MUCH worse toward 80 MPH. The noise at 75 is like a helecopter flying over my home at about 500 ft. I've taken it back to the dealer and they balanced the tires (with limited change in the problem) and then told me it drove like the other new Flex they have on the lot. I took it home and it still had the shake so I took it back yesterday and told them to fix the problem or give me my money back. Does anyone else have a steering wheel vibration at high speed? The vibration comes and goes and lasts for between 1 and 5 miles at a time. Sometimes it is so loud it sounds like a bass drum is being pounted every 1/4 second. I've experimented over different roads, road materials, etc and the road doesn't seem to make a difference.

Thanks,
Brad in Virginia
