2013 Ford Flex, haven't had any issues till this year.  1st time it happened you can crank and turn over the starter but the engine will not engage so it will continue to start and not catch.  Sent to dealership, they said the issue could have been the alarm system but not really sure.  2nd time happened, not catching again on the start.  Call wrecker and he starts it and the dealership can't find an issue but blame in on a sensor.  New sensor and filter cleaning and it all good.  3rd time the issue is occurring is now.  We come home from trip, unload and go back to Flex to start, same issue occurs.  Flex will turn the starter but the engine will not catch.  I am thinking software, electrical or keylock issue.  Not quite sure.  frustratingiting.
