Ford service representative online to assist with leaky roof

Hello folks,

Well, we just had our first Flex leaky roof experience.

Took it to the dealer, they had it for three days, couldn't find it.

I am not looking forward to where this adventure may be heading...is there a Ford service representative or manager who monitors this board, who I can work with to assist me?
I fear a long lonely road ahead, and I would like to prepare the documentation that may be necessary to resolve this problem.
