I bought a brand new 2015 Ford Flex in December.
It now has 2,515 miles on it.
This weekend I got in my car and went to back out of my driveway put the car in reverse, and the car didn't have any power when I stepped on the gas it felt like the transmisson was slipping.
So then I put the car in drive but it didn't have any power.
I called Ford 800-392-3673 and they towed it to the dealer on Saturday.
Today the dealer called and said that they tore down the transmission and have ordered parts.
Piston assembly and Snap rings.
PS Saturday I did call Ford customer relations and get a case number.
