So many months back the passenger door started saying it was ajar when it wasn't then followed the rear door after that. Tonight, however, the doors will not lock or unlock with the keyfob or even the switch inside on the door, or even the keypad.

I have checked all fuses, but when you try to lock or unlock the doors you hear clicking in/around the doors but nothing else at all. Please help if you can, I have spent hours upon hours trying to find the problem.

If it's not the door latch sensors, a Dealer repair, you might try disconnecting the 12v battery for 5 minutes, it might reset something.

If it's still under the new car BtB warranty, take it to the Dealer.

Took the battery off and didn't do anything. I'm outside the warranty though. However the rear door sensor is working correctly now but nothing will lock or unlock. I'm thinking maybe I can get a new module that controls the locks? I metered the puns when trying to lock/ unlock and I didn't get any power to the plug.

The SJB (Smart Junction Box) controls all the door operating operations, that can only be tested at a Dealer.

The fact you only have one FOB may also be a problem, it may need re-programming, at the Dealer.
