After lurking around many sites and reading about the dash squeaks I took our 2011 Flex SEL to our local dealer.  I explained I had read the TSB and wanted them to look at the dash.  About 2 hours later they called me back and said I was correct however it would cost me $90 for the parts and they would do the install for free.  Is this right?

This sounds odd.  Unless it's out of warranty and they are going to share the costs as a courtesy?
