Howdy,

Just got our 2011 Flex and love it. The SEL we bought did not have a DVD installed.  We were thinking of installing a roof mounted DVD system. We thought about installing headrest DVDs but believe that they would be difficult to view. We have four kids and both rows will be used on long trips.  I looked for DVD articles and they discussed 2009s and 10s.

We took our Flex to the audio store but they had some initial issues with the roofliner as it hangs down with the AC system underneath.  We do not have the Vista roof windows nor sunroof/moonroof.  Has anyone installed or seen an installation of a roof mounted DVD in a 2011? Any thoughts on how it will affect the roof or liner? Are there wiring issues to consider?

Thanks for your thoughts.
