I'm looking into trying to set the clocks with 24 hour format on my 2009 ford flex SEL? Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't seem to find anything in the owners manual.

That's a new one for me.  I've never tried that with any U.S. car, but I understand why you want to do it.

If you have Sync with Nav, it's on page 28 of the manual.

I'm new and unable to paste yet.
