I got home today and had just got the Flex washed at lunch time, and as I walked towards it to close the garage door I noticed something not right, someone hit my Flex  in the parking lot either yesterday or Monday, and put a deep scratch in the right rear bumper.  Stands out quite a bit since it is into the plastic which is white, and the paint is black.




A scuff I can deal with, it would rub out, but not a deep scratch 10" long!

That sucks! A while back I bought a brand new car for my wife and not 3 weeks later my wife and I came out from the grocery store to find it keyed on both sides. Just like you, I was furious, but with no one to point the frustration at. Can't even conceive of why someone would......
