Yes and yes.  We had a 2011 Limited EB with LED tail lights.  The Service Tech looked at them and quoted the warranty rule:  Some moisture is allowed occasionally in the rear tail light lenses, but it should evaporate within hours.  There was a lot of moisture in out lenses and it stayed in there for days.  So he replaced them, and the issue did not come back.

So, I beleive, there is some kind of holes in them there tail light assemblies, which are large enough to let the moisture evaporate out in a timely manner.

Our 2013 Flex Limited EB with LED tail lights has had minor moisture beads inside, but evaporates out by days end.

Did I mention we live in Portland, Oregon?  A fantastic test bed for moisture testing.  It only rains once here.  It starts in October and ends in July!
