I have a 2011 Flex Limited. How do you turn off the display on the driver's side headrest??? No DVD in player. The "FORD" badge stays on constantly. Very annoying for the rear passenger. Thanks for the help.

There is a Technical Service Bulletin to have the whole unit replaced due to this malfunction. If is under warrany your dealer should do this for you no problem. TSB 11-3-30.

I have this issue, as well as ones where the headrest does not remain in the angled down position (for better viewing) and flops back shut everyime I touch the brakes. I also had problems where the pins broke that hold it in the angled position and my dealer fought me a bit, but then did a band-aid fix under warranty for this.

Hope you get your issues resolved. :)
