My 2009 Flex just startwd making a flapping noise under the dash which I believe is the a/c door. It will flap five or six times and stop without me touching anything. Any clues?

Do you have automatic climate control? If so, it is the blend and recirc doors working. If there is something stuck in there or if a door is off alignment the noise you hear could be amplified. I haven't noticed my doors making any noise in the normal operation of my auto climate control.
