rear window chrome

just a heads up was washing the car today and noticed that the chrome on the back window was pulled away from the rear glass not sure if this is why i had water setting in the space tire well last week but, off to the dealer i go was chatting with the service person she went at ask if the trim person in the shop would have time to look at it and he said to order a new one as it needs to be replaced he did not even come look at it i was the second person with this problem this week

Hmmm, interesting. I'll have to look at it again, but I don't think I've had that problem. I wonder if the other person that had that problem had water in his spare tire well?

On one of my trips to the repair shop, we had all of the chrome straightened and re-attached.

I've had my 2010 for almost 3 weeks. I washed it yesterday. I have the same (location) chrome trim problem. Also weather stripping. I'm making a list :(

I went to check mine today and it was OK but while I was looking I placed my hand on the black panel between the rear and passenger side 3rd row glass and noticed it was dented. It was easy to feel the dent but hard to see. Flex purchasers really need to go over the bodywork on the car carefully when they take possession.

When I purchased my flex last February, (it was used with 18000km on it) the chrome had pulled away from the tailgate.
They agreed to fix it right away so...they were familiar with the problem.
